Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of SiteToLead's services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact us at Sales@getsitetolead.com.
1. Service Agreement
SiteToLead provides fully managed AI automation services for small businesses. We own and operate the automation platform. You own all data generated and all results produced by the system.
By subscribing to SiteToLead, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. These terms form a binding agreement between you and SiteToLead.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Monthly subscription model — month-to-month billing
- Setup fee equals one month's subscription cost, paid upfront (£220, £440, or £660 depending on tier)
- Setup fee covers: platform setup, automation configuration, and 30 days onboarding support
- Setup fee does not include: website builds, custom integrations, third-party tool setup, or services beyond standard onboarding
- Website builds and custom integrations are quoted separately based on your existing setup
- All prices are in GBP (British Pounds Sterling)
- Payment is due on your subscription renewal date
- Late payment may result in service suspension
3. Setup Fee Details
The setup fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment unless the service is not delivered.
The setup fee covers:
- Platform provisioning and configuration
- Automation workflow setup and testing
- Basic onboarding training and documentation
- 30 days of support during the setup period
The setup fee does not cover:
- Website design or development
- Custom integrations beyond our standard supported stack
- Third-party API setup, licensing, or fees
- Extended support beyond the standard 30-day onboarding period
4. Data Ownership
You own all data generated by the automation system — including all leads, customer information, and insights. SiteToLead owns the automation platform and engine itself.
- You own all leads captured through the system
- You own all customer data and conversation history
- You own all analytics, reports, and insights generated
- SiteToLead owns the underlying automation platform and technology
- SiteToLead acts as a service provider only — all business data belongs to you
- You can export all your data at any time with no restrictions
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- Month-to-month billing — no lock-in contracts
- Cancel at any time with 30 days written notice to Sales@getsitetolead.com
- No penalties or exit fees for cancellation
- No refunds on setup fees or subscription months already paid
- Upon cancellation, you can request a full data export within 30 days
- All customer data will be provided in a portable, standard format (CSV, JSON)
- Your data will be deleted from our systems within 60 days of cancellation, unless you request otherwise
6. Support and Service
- Email support is included on all tiers
- Professional and Enterprise tiers receive priority email support
- Enterprise tier includes phone support and a dedicated account manager
- Support hours: Monday–Friday, business hours (GMT/AEST)
- Best-effort response within 24 business hours
- No formal SLA is guaranteed at this stage
7. Uptime and Service Level
- SiteToLead commits to best-effort uptime and reliability
- We do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage (e.g. 99.9%) at this time
- No service credits are offered for downtime at this stage
- We will notify customers of planned maintenance at least 48 hours in advance where possible
- We will communicate unplanned outages promptly
8. Limitation of Liability
- SiteToLead is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- SiteToLead is not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from service interruption
- Maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to one month's subscription fee
- We are not liable for third-party service failures (email providers, SMS gateways, etc.)
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SiteToLead services to:
- Send spam or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Conduct activities that could harm or disrupt the platform
SiteToLead reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of this policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
